Key Responsibilities

Requirements

To succeed as a Chat Support Assistant at arenaflex, you will need:

  • Educational Background: High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate's degree or higher is a plus.
  • Experience: A minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in an online or chat support environment.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in using chat-support software and basic computer applications (MS Office, Google Workspace, etc.); familiarity with e-commerce platforms and online shopping principles is a plus.
  • Personality Traits: Hardworking, energetic, adaptable, and persuasive.
