The Role
As an Overnight Call Center Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Assisting clients by gathering accurate information and connecting them with an Interpreter over the phone
- Handling high volume calls pleasantly and efficiently
- Providing exceptional customer service that exceeds client expectations
- Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information
- Collaborating with our team to ensure seamless communication and support
Requirements
* A personal computer with working camera and internet connection (required for remote work during the Covid-19 pandemic)
- Ability to deliver a highly satisfying customer experience
- Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software
- Ability to keep sensitive information confidential
- Multi-language capability is not required
Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven success in a previous customer service/call center position
- Ability to work remotely in emergency situations
