Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst to join our High-Level Investigation, Content Development team. As a Data Analyst, you will apply advanced analytical methods to drive business decisions, investigate client behavior, and anticipate content engagement. You will work closely with our content development team to advance our content launch and episode release methodology, test marketing strategies, and ideate new metrics and KPIs.
Key Responsibilities
* Apply advanced analytical methods (data mining, data visualization, statistical analysis, AI) on large-scale, high-level data to drive business decisions
- Investigate client behavior (e.g., content preferences, viewing patterns) to identify untapped client needs and undiscovered content opportunities
- Anticipate content engagement to inform securing decisions
- Advance our content launch and episode release methodology
- Test marketing strategies to improve engagement and retention
- Ideate and develop new metrics and KPIs, measuring content performance for both strategic and tactical direction
- Provide specialized analytical support to partners to drive business growth
- Successfully communicate significant results through compelling data storytelling across the organization
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in data analysis
- Proficiency in SQL and experience in R or Python
- Experience in statistical analysis and AI procedures: decision trees, regression, clustering, etc.
- Proven ability to work independently and apply creativity in solving complex problems
- Excellent data storytelling skills through verbal, written, and visual communication
Preferred Qualifications
* Master's degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
- Passion for media and entertainment
