Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Support Representative to join our team, providing exceptional customer support via live chat, email, or phone. As a representative, you will be responsible for resolving customer service inquiries, providing technical support, and offering additional forms of real-time problem-solving. Key Responsibilities

* Answer customer questions that come in via our website(s) in a timely and efficient manner

  • Provide concise information to customers, ensuring quick responses and accessibility
  • Resolve customer service inquiries, including issues related to faulty products, shipping, and services
  • Identify major pain points and flag them to a liaison for further action
  • Develop and improve our products and services by providing feedback and insights
  • Complete training on our customer support systems, including technical, policy, and soft skills training
  • Engage with ongoing training and development opportunities to improve skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* A love for customers and their experience with our products

  • Analytical skills and ability to leverage data to drive decision-making
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Experience with customer support ticketing systems and CRM platforms
  • Knowledge of customer support metrics and industry best practices
  • Ability to integrate technology-based solutions that improve the customer experience (AI, Chat, Self-serve portals)
  • Availability to work weekends if needed

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a remote customer support environment

  • Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Experience with customer feedback and insights analysis
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
