Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Establishing and maintaining customer relationships by providing great customer service
- Developing sales leads and scheduling appointments for insurance, taxes, and registration services
- Educating customers on each type of insurance coverage and making recommendations based on their needs
- Evaluating current insurance policies and recommending additional coverage when needed
- Processing payments, renewals, and policy changes
- Marketing and promoting our agency
- Clerical duties: data entry, inbound/outbound calls, sending/receiving emails and faxes, etc.
Requirements
The ideal Customer Service Sales Representative candidate will be:
- Self-motivated and take initiative to complete assigned tasks
- A team player who comes into work every day with a positive attitude and strong work ethic to meet and exceed monthly sales goals
- Willing to obtain a Personal Lines Insurance Broker's License
- Determined and open-minded to learning about insurance and how to achieve an excellent sales record
- Preferred: Bilingual
- Must have reliable transportation and be willing to commute
- Availability: Monday-Friday 9 AM to 7 PM, Saturday 10 AM to 5 PM, and Sunday 10 AM to 4 PM
