Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Online Chat Representative to join our team at arenaflex. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing fast, efficient, and friendly service through our online chat platform. Key Responsibilities

  • Document customer interactions and feedback: Record customer interactions and feedback to inform continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring that we deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications
