Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced virtual customer service representative to join our team on a contract-to-hire basis. As a key member of our guest relations and operations support team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our guests, resolving issues, and providing support to our management team. Key Responsibilities
As a virtual customer service representative, you'll be responsible for the following key tasks:
Guest Relations
+ Experience with Guesty and/or HostAI is a plus + Ability to leverage AI for comprehensive guest messaging that resonates with our brand and resonates with our travelers. MUST have deep familiarity leveraging ChatGPT + Comfortable speaking English on the phone and able to use a VoiP to speak with guests and vendors + Screen potential guests + Provide support for guests and resolve guest issues in Airbnb, VRBO, or Marriott + Respond to guest inquiries + Communicate and escalate issues to management via Slack + Achieve 5-star ratings and Superhost Status + Write and respond to guest reviews on Airbnb, VRBO, or other platforms
Company Tasks
+ Report maintenance and damage issues to Operations via Operto Teams + Report and submit damage claims to Guesty Shield for reimbursement + Build, manage, and report in-house maintenance labor + Working knowledge of business financials/accounting to assist with the onboard of accounting systems + Experience in 3rd party vendor relations for tertiary market management
Essential Qualifications
* 2+ years of experience in customer service or a related field
- Proficient in English with perfect grammar and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience with Guesty and/or HostAI is a plus
- Deep familiarity with leveraging ChatGPT
- Ability to work in a virtual environment and use technology to communicate with guests and vendors
- Availability and reliability in CST and Eastern United States time zones
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with Operto Teams and Guesty Shield
- Knowledge of business financials and accounting principles
- Experience in 3rd party vendor relations for tertiary market management
- Availability for part-time overnight shifts from 11p-7am CST

Note
