Job Responsibilities:

As a Full Stack Social Media Customer Support Manager at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

Business Strategy:

Collaborate with the Store Manager to align on business needs and strategies, while demonstrating sales leadership through active floor presence and role modeling (70% of the time)

Customer Excellence:

Ensure all team members deliver a top-level customer experience, proactively addressing and resolving any concerns related to vehicle quality and readiness

Team Development:

Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team, maintaining brief position satisfaction, providing continuous performance feedback, and ensuring adherence to arenaflex's policies and procedures

Brand Standards:

Maintain brand principles through office maintenance, display area presentation, and cost control, while ensuring consistency with arenaflex's dress code and grooming standards

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or 2+ years of relevant experience in a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

Leadership Skills:

Self-motivated business visionary with outstanding leadership skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to focus on multiple tasks while meeting business-critical deadlines

Communication Skills:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a dedicated and moral approach to sales and sales tasks

Collaboration Skills:

Ability to develop strong relationships and work as a well-respected, trusted partner

Flexibility:

Ability to work nights and weekends in a retail environment, ability to move depending on the situation

Licensure:

Valid driver's license in the state of work and ability to obtain required state licensing, where applicable

Sales Permit:

This role requires an Engine Vehicle Salesman Permit issued by the Virginia State Department of Motor Vehicles. Without the sales rep permit, you cannot participate in sales activities
