We're looking for a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to provide best-in-class support to our customers and fleet partners through phone, email, and chat/text. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, resolving issues, and advocating for our customers and partners. Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing high-quality service and support to customers and fleet partners via phone, email, and chat/text
- Solving problems and thoughtfully addressing issues experienced by customers and partners
- Acting as an internal advocate for our customers and fleet partners by relaying user feedback and offering suggestions to improve our service and operations
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
- Staying up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and product knowledge to provide accurate and informed support
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and issues
- Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance customer service skills and knowledge
Requirements
To succeed as a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll need:
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in customer service
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task
- Experience providing support via phone, email, and chat
- A positive attitude and passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Exceptional time management skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Tech savvy with Mac and iOS experience
- Ability to type 50+ WPM
- College degree or equivalent work experience
Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
