Job Summary
As an Experienced Project Management Professional, you'll be responsible for leading high-priority projects across our Remote Customer Service Operations team. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to drive project execution, identify and mitigate risks, and ensure timely delivery of projects. Your expertise will be critical in helping us achieve our business objectives and drive process improvements across our organization.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the project management of high-priority projects across our Remote Customer Service Operations team, including project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
- Develop and maintain project artifacts, including project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate project risks, and develop contingency plans as needed
- Develop and implement project communication plans to ensure timely and effective communication with stakeholders
- Analyze project performance data to identify areas for improvement and develop recommendations for process enhancements
- Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement within the team, and encourage open communication and feedback
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including project sponsors, team members, and external partners
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in project management, and apply this knowledge to drive process improvements and innovation within the team
What You'll Need to Succeed
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on leading high-priority projects in a fast-paced environment
- Proven track record of success in project management, with a strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks
- Experience with project management software, including Asana, Trello, or Microsoft Project
- Certification in project management, such as PMP or Agile, is a plus
