Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Data Entry Clerk to join our team on a temporary contract basis. As a Data Entry Clerk with arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in supporting our business operations by accurately and efficiently entering data into our systems. If you have a strong attention to detail, excellent typing skills, and proficiency in spreadsheet software, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities
As a Data Entry Clerk with arenaflex, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Classifying information into spreadsheets, databases, and customer relationship management systems
- Retaining detailed accounts of tasks, files, and progress
- Performing searches on websites for information
- Auditing reports and sheets of data
- Verifying, correcting, and deleting unnecessary data, or combining data from several sources
- Reviewing finalized work for errors or duplicate entries before turning in the final product
- Obtaining further information for documents that are deemed incomplete
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Proficient computer skills, including word processing, spreadsheets, presentation software, databases, and customer database systems
- Strong familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and other spreadsheet software
- Expertise in computer research and data entry
- Comprehensive knowledge of data entry principles and practices
- Ability to multitask effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent typing accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with presentation software, such as PowerPoint or Google Slides
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems
- Experience with data analysis and reporting
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
