Key Responsibilities
As a Level 1 Chat Support Agent at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Assisting customers with processing payments and billing issues, account access issues, modifying plans and add-ons, processing cancellations and refunds, updating account information, and questions about different pricing plans available to customers
- Handling 2-3 concurrent live chats, providing timely and effective support to our customers
- Collaborating with our team to resolve complex customer issues and provide a positive support experience
- Staying up-to-date with our products and services, as well as industry trends and best practices in customer support
- Participating in ongoing training and development to improve your skills and knowledge
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Over 3 years of level 1 chat support experience handling billing and account-related queries
- Experience with help desk tools like Help Scout, Intercom, Freshdesk, or Zendesk
- Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills
- Experience supporting customers using WordPress (nice to have)
Preferred Qualifications
While not essential, the following qualifications would be beneficial:
- Experience working in a remote team environment
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Knowledge of industry-specific software or tools
- Experience with data analysis and reporting
