What will you achieve in this role?
As a Customer Care Professional at arenaflex, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our clients, providing them with tailored solutions to meet their needs. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Key Responsibilities:
* Administration of inbound calls, emails, and chats while engaging with clients and leaders, understanding their needs, and suggesting the right arenaflex products and services
- Providing elevated levels of product and service information to clearly communicate key features, benefits, and other components of arenaflex's business solutions
- Developing key selling skills, including building rapport, understanding client needs, handling complaints, and closing deals
- Delivering exceptional customer care by responding to client inquiries in a high-speed, organized customer service environment
- Recording important customer data according to established procedures and protocols
- Maintaining the highest levels of integrity and adhering to all administrative and compliance rules related to sales and service practices
Essential Qualifications:
* A minimum of two years of experience in customer support, preferably in a sales and service environment
- Proven track record of building client loyalty through exceptional listening, consultative relationship-building, and strong written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated success in a customer care and sales environment, with a strong ability to work in a high-speed, metrics-driven environment
- Experience working in a virtual environment and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- High school diploma or equivalent required; training benefits available
Preferred Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications, marketing)
- Experience working with CRM software and other customer relationship management tools
