Physical Therapist – PRN Telehealth Location: Remote Pay: $45-50/hour DOE Status: PRN Looking for flexibility without sacrificing purpose? Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual evaluations to assess residents' mobility, function, and rehabilitation needs
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with clinical goals and resident outcomes
• Provide telehealth therapy sessions using evidence-based techniques
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and effective care
• Monitor and document patient progress in accordance with regulatory standards
• Adjust treatment plans as necessary to meet changing resident needs
• Maintain clear, timely, and professional communication with on-site staff and clinical teams

Qualifications

• Active Colorado Physical Therapy license (compact license holders welcome)
• Bachelor's or master's degree in physical therapy from an accredited program
• Strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, and rehabilitation principles
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
