What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand goals and operational processes
- Identify and define digital capabilities and solutions to enhance business value
- Gather, analyze, document, and validate stakeholder needs
- Manage the digital product roadmap, including writing user stories and prioritizing backlogs
- Facilitate end-user adoption and provide ongoing support for digital solutions
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Bachelor’s degree required; specialization in supply chain preferred
- Minimum of 6 years of business experience, including at least 2 years in Supply Chain, Finance, or IT
- Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills
- Proficient written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with Agile methodologies and digital product development
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP), Tableau, Alteryx, or SQL
- Knowledge of Supply Chain operational processes (Planning, Manufacturing, Quality, Procurement, Logistics)
- Scrum Alliance certification (e.g., Product Owner, Developer, ScrumMaster)
- Familiarity with Microsoft Azure stack
- Experience in large, cross-functional projects within a global organization
