Responsibilities

* Accurately and efficiently enter data into our systems, ensuring high levels of quality and accuracy

• Provide exceptional customer service through live chat interactions, resolving issues and answering inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to drive business growth and improve customer experiences
• Utilize data analytics and business intelligence tools to identify trends and insights, informing business decisions and driving growth
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and colleagues, fostering a culture of collaboration and teamwork
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying knowledge and expertise to drive business growth and improve customer experiences

Essential Qualifications

* 3+ years of experience in data entry, customer service, or a related field

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with a focus on delivering high-quality results
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and colleagues
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a focus on meeting deadlines and delivering results
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify trends and insights and inform business decisions
• Proficiency in data analytics and business intelligence tools, including Hive, Hadoop, Pyspark, Python, and Shell Scripting languages

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and delivery processes
• Experience working with large data ecosystems and developing data models and architectures
• Strong understanding of data transformation and processing, with the ability to develop and implement data pipelines and workflows
• Experience working with automation tools and technologies, including Hadoop, HDFS, MapReduce, Hive, Spark, and Python
