Job Description
As an Experienced Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in supporting our business operations by accurately and efficiently processing data. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and teams to design and develop reporting solutions, analytic research, and packages to meet business needs.
- Develop, validate, and execute complex queries, develop complex reports, and perform complex data analysis to answer business questions for internal clients; translate results, and make recommendations to business areas based on findings.
- Design and develop packages for internal clients.
- Evaluate data needs of assigned projects, ensure data integrity and suitability, and determine data collection methods, metrics definitions, and assessment methods.
- Transform data into actionable insights through reporting solutions.
- Troubleshoot technical issues.
- Present analysis and reports to internal clients and stakeholders.
- 2-4+ years of experience in most of the following areas:
- Experience with Microsoft Access (manipulating forms, tables, queries, etc.), Excel, Visual Basic for Applications.
- Experience with reporting platform – SQL Server Integrated Services (SSIS).
- Development Programming Languages / Knowledge / Experience – ASP.NET, C#, JavaScript.
- Development Database Languages / Knowledge / Experience – Transact SQL.
- Database Knowledge / Experience – MS SQL Server.
- Experience with reporting platform – WEBI (SAP BI Launchpad).
- Knowledge of arenaflex systems, databases, and underlying data structures (e.g., ACAS, HMO, HRP, etc.).
- Database Knowledge / Experience – Hadoop, Oracle.
- Development Database Languages / Knowledge / Experience – Oracle PLSQL.
- Crystal Reporting experience preferred.
