Role Overview

As a Worklife Customer Support Associate - Employee Assistance Program, you'll be responsible for coordinating Worklife, employee assistance, and management consultant resources. You'll review members' needs and communicate relevant services and resources to support organizational objectives. This role requires strong customer service skills, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

* Executes routine and non-routine business support tasks for the Employee Assistance Program Worklife area under limited supervision, referring deviations from standard practices to managers.

  • Follows area protocols, standards, and policies to provide effective and timely support.
  • Answers calls, understands call purpose, completes research to identify potential providers and resources, and enters member information into the appropriate system to initiate the case.
  • Responds to member inquiries about services, requests, and resources for life skills.
  • Maintains accurate and complete internal documentation of required information that meets risk management and regulatory requirements.
  • Takes direction to execute techniques, processes, and responsibilities.

Essential Qualifications

* Must reside in the State of California.

  • Minimum of 3 years of customer service type roles.
  • Working knowledge of problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Preferred Qualifications

* Continuous years of work experience.

  • Call center experience preferred.
  • Education: High School Diploma or GED.

Skills and Competencies

* Excellent customer service skills.

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
