Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative – Social Media Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, suppliers, doctors, and clinics through various communication channels, including social media. You'll be the face of arenaflex, and your interactions will shape the public's perception of our brand. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer support through phone, email, chat, and social media channels

  • Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate complex cases to senior team members
  • Utilize knowledge of arenaflex's products, services, and policies to provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of arenaflex's brand, products, and services to provide informed support
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and excellence
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Work collaboratively with the social media team to respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues on social media platforms

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., communications, customer service, business administration)

  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or retail environment
  • Proven ability to build trust and rapport with customers through empathetic communication
  • Strong communication and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to multitask and handle multiple customer interactions simultaneously
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; GED or equivalent experience accepted
