Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Science Manager to join our virtual customer support and data entry team. As a key member of our data science team, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing data-driven strategies to drive business growth and improve customer experiences. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities, develop data-driven solutions, and drive business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement data-driven strategies to drive business growth and improve customer experiences
- Lead cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop data-driven solutions
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and develop data-driven insights
- Design and implement data visualizations, dashboards, and reports to communicate insights and drive business outcomes
- Develop and maintain data pipelines, ETL processes, and data quality controls to ensure high-quality data
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in data science
- Mentor and develop team members to improve skills and knowledge
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to develop and implement business strategies
- Develop and manage budgets to drive business outcomes
- Foster partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to drive business growth and innovation

Essential Capabilities
* Experience with data analysis and machine learning techniques, including SQL, R, Python, and Hadoop
- Strong understanding of data visualization tools, including Tableau, Power BI, and D3.js
- Experience with data quality control, data governance, and data security
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams
- Experience with data storytelling and presenting insights to non-technical stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive business outcomes
- Experience with data management and data warehousing, including data modeling and data architecture
- Strong understanding of data science concepts, including data mining, predictive analytics, and statistical modeling
Preferred Capabilities
* Advanced degree in a quantitative, computational, or technical discipline
- Experience communicating at the executive level
- Experience driving cross-functional teams and leading business initiatives
- Experience with cloud-based data platforms, including AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud
- Experience with data engineering and data architecture, including data pipelines and ETL processes
- Experience with data governance and data security, including data encryption and access control
Compensation and Benefits
arenaflex offers a competitive salary and benefits package, including:
- Annual salary range: $100,000 - $120,000
