Key Responsibilities
* Respond to client inquiries, resolve issues, and provide guidance on arenaflex products and services
- Utilize knowledge of healthcare plans, products, and services to provide accurate and timely information to clients
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide seamless support
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, products, and services to ensure accurate and informed responses
- Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response times, resolution rates, and client satisfaction
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
Required Capabilities
* 1+ year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the healthcare industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
- Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
Preferred Capabilities
* Experience in a call center or customer service environment, with a focus on healthcare
- Knowledge of healthcare plans, products, and services, including Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurance
- Familiarity with CRM software and other customer service tools
- Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR))
