Job Summary

As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional support to our clients through phone, email, and chat interactions. You'll be responsible for resolving complex issues, answering questions, and providing guidance on our products and services. Key Responsibilities

* Respond to client inquiries, resolve issues, and provide guidance on arenaflex products and services

  • Utilize knowledge of healthcare plans, products, and services to provide accurate and timely information to clients
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide seamless support
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, products, and services to ensure accurate and informed responses
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response times, resolution rates, and client satisfaction
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

Required Capabilities

* 1+ year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the healthcare industry

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively

Preferred Capabilities

* Experience in a call center or customer service environment, with a focus on healthcare

  • Knowledge of healthcare plans, products, and services, including Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurance
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other customer service tools
  • Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR))
