As a member of our data entry team, you will be responsible for entering, updating, and maintaining data into our systems and databases with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail. Your main duties will include:- Verifying data by comparing it to source documents for accuracy and completeness.
- Preparing and sorting documents for data entry.
- Checking data for errors and ensuring the integrity of the database.
- Resolving discrepancies in information and obtaining further information for incomplete documents.
- Reviewing data for errors, making corrections, and reporting any issues to supervisors.
- Maintaining confidentiality and security of information.
- Performing regular backups to ensure data preservation.
Requirements
