The Role

As a Clinical Support Services Agent, you will be responsible for:

  • Receiving initial calls from patients and gathering essential information
  • Relaying information to clinicians to ensure timely and effective care
  • Providing exceptional customer service, even in high-pressure situations
  • Enhancing your customer care skills through ongoing training and support
  • Working collaboratively with our team to ensure seamless communication and care delivery

Key Responsibilities

* Answering calls from patients and gathering information in a timely and accurate manner

  • Relaying information to clinicians to ensure effective care delivery
  • Providing exceptional customer service, even in high-pressure situations
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation
  • Participating in ongoing training and professional development to enhance customer care skills

Essential Qualifications

* 18 years of age

  • Excellent verbal communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Accurate keyboard and typing skills (minimum requirements)
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office and internet navigation
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to speak with a smile in your voice
  • Evening, weekend shifts required (holidays required, paid at time ½)
  • Access to High Speed Internet on a personal network (cannot be a shared network)
  • Personal, private, and patient-confidential workspace environment required

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare setting

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in multiple software applications and systems
