Job Summary

We're seeking a seasoned Customer Service Team Leader to join our Live Chat Support team. As a Team Leader, you'll be responsible for encouraging excellent customer service, assisting agents with technology and professional communication, and building rapport within your team. You'll also be expected to uphold service level metrics, act with integrity, and make a positive impact on our customers' experiences.
