Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist to join our team in a remote role. As a Senior Analyst – Supply Chain Systems, you will be responsible for supporting the Distribution Center Administration Framework, collaborating with various teams, and driving business growth and efficiency. You will work closely with the Centralized Computer and Application Development divisions, as well as the Organization/Telecom divisions and the Innovation Office, to facilitate, investigate, and introduce actual foundation that upholds the DC where appropriate.

Key Responsibilities

* Support and maintain the Distribution Center Administration Framework

• Collaborate with the Centralized Computer and Application Development divisions, as well as the Organization/Telecom divisions and the Innovation Office, to facilitate, investigate, and introduce actual foundation that upholds the DC where appropriate
• Work with all smart devices, including Sortation Control Frameworks
• Coordinate all data backups and data recovery procedures
• Serve as the point of contact between the Distribution Center office, WMS merchant, and MIS Division for issue resolution
• Support all data handling equipment, including printers and terminals
• Support LAN (Local Area Network) design
• Carry out all future arrivals of software
• Coordinate stock tracking of in-stock supplies, including forms, labels, etc., and report utilization to MIS
• Regulate nonexempt staff
• Maintain all control tables within the WMS, including access security
• Screen the performance of the framework application to ensure it is ready and accessible to all end users
• Manage and monitor end-user access and privileges and report to the SOX Compliance Office on a quarterly basis
• Develop reporting tools for clients to have better visibility into the WMS and Working Metrics, whether through Crystal Reports or Cognos Report Studio

Required Capabilities

* 2+ years of IT experience, including Windows, Unix, SQL Server, Prophet, etc.

• 2+ years of experience in using SQL, MS-Access, Excel, and Word
• Must be local, as this is not a remote job (Note: This job is actually a remote job, so we will keep this requirement in mind)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Capabilities

* Project management experience

• Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field
• Strong business acumen
• Experience with data analysis and reporting tools
