As a Customer Service Representative, you'll play a vital role in delivering a safe and exceptional airport experience to our customers. You'll work closely with our team leaders to ensure that every interaction is a positive one, and that our customers feel valued and cared for.

What You'll Do

As a Customer Service Representative, your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing consistently excellent customer service, ensuring a seamless experience at all contact points
  • Performing various airport-related tasks, including check-in, gates, transfer, arrival, luggage services, and ticketing (ATAc)
  • Working closely with and taking instructions from team leaders responsible for the flight/works areas/shift
  • Conducting relevant administrative tasks, such as ATAc, pre-flight, and post-flight departure
  • Representing arenaflex by adhering to uniform standards and adopting a customer-centric approach at all times
  • Promoting and selling arenaflex services and products to our customers
  • Attending and completing all mandatory training by given deadlines
  • Adhering to and promoting safe working practices at all times
  • Performing other reasonable duties as required by the post

  • The ability to be a representative of arenaflex at all times
  • A well-groomed appearance and adherence to uniform standards at all times
  • The capacity and willingness to work in a shift environment (including weekends, bank, and public holidays)
  • Reliability and punctuality
  • Compliance with all arenaflex guidelines and policies
  • The ability to communicate both written and verbally to a high standard
  • A valid BAA airside pass
  • GSAT training
  • The willingness and ability to efficiently complete all relevant training
  • A valid DVLA driving license, with the ability to apply for a BAA driving license as and when required
  • The willingness and ability to teach and maintain a valid BAA jet bridge permit as and when required

Desired Qualifications – Education & Previous Work Experience

* PC skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and email
