Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll play a vital role in helping our members navigate their pharmacy benefit plans. You'll be the first point of contact for our members, providing them with the support and guidance they need to make informed decisions about their healthcare. You'll work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where no two calls are ever the same. Key Responsibilities

* Answer inbound calls and respond to member inquiries about pharmacy benefits, medication coverage, and mail order solutions

  • Provide accurate and timely information to help members understand their benefits and options
  • Offer solutions to resolve member issues and concerns in a positive, empathetic manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and escalate concerns as needed
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards

Required Qualifications

* 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, such as a call center, retail, or hospitality industry

  • Proficiency in Windows-based applications
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in a healthcare or insurance industry

  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with internal teams
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills a plus
  • Experience with CRM software or other customer relationship management tools
