About the Role

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for engaging directly with pharmacy customers who contact us for a variety of topics. This will primarily be via inbound calls and other communication platforms. You'll research and problem-solve to determine appropriate solutions for the customer and follow up as needed to resolve issues. We're looking for team members who can go above and beyond to "wow" our customers and provide exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

* Engage directly with pharmacy customers via inbound calls and other communication platforms

  • Research and problem-solve to determine appropriate solutions for the customer
  • Follow up as needed to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Provide exceptional service and go above and beyond to meet customer needs
  • Adhere to high safety and regulatory standards in all interactions with customers

What You'll Need:

* 1-2 years working in a customer-focused environment

  • Excellent communication skills, including verbal and written communication
  • Ability to multi-task and think critically to resolve customer issues
  • Flexibility to shift schedule and work overtime as needed
  • Ability to pass a background check for a KY Rx Tech license
  • Commitment to providing exceptional service and exceeding customer expectations

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required

  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer-focused environment
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in a pet-related industry or with pets

  • Knowledge of pharmacy operations and regulations
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
