Job Summary
As a Licensed Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients' customers, handling inbound calls regarding their insurance policies. You'll work closely with our team to resolve customer inquiries, provide policy information, and ensure a seamless customer experience. Key Responsibilities
* Receive, review, and process calls regarding customer's insurance policies
- Assist customers with policy coverage, billing, and modification inquiries
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding their policies
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
- Collaborate with our team to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required
- 6 months to 1 year of relevant work experience preferred
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must have a valid Indiana driver's license (if applicable)
- Must be able to pass a background check and credit check
- Must have a quiet and distraction-free work environment during working and training hours
- Must have a reliable internet connection with a minimum speed of 5 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload
Preferred Qualifications
* 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field
- Experience working in the insurance industry or a related field
- Strong knowledge of insurance policies and procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
