Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Service/Data Entry Representative, you will be responsible for providing a wide range of administrative and staff support services to our claims coordination team. Your primary duties will include:

  • Data Entry: You will be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering claims information into our claims management systems.
  • Follow-up: You will follow up on missing information to ensure that claims are processed in a timely manner.
  • Invoice Review: You will review invoices to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Report Compilation: You will compile reports from systems with claims information to provide valuable insights to our clients.
  • Customer Service: You will provide exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • High School Diploma: You must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Work Experience: You must have at least 6 months to 1 year of work experience in a related field.
  • Basic Computer and Typing Skills: You must have basic computer and typing skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
  • Strong Attention to Detail: You must have a strong attention to detail and be able to accurately and efficiently enter data into our claims management systems.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:

  • Previous Experience in Data Entry: You have previous experience in data entry, preferably in a claims management system.
  • Customer Service Experience: You have experience in customer service, preferably in a claims coordination team.
  • Certifications: You have certifications in data entry, customer service, or a related field.
