Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing prompt, professional, and efficient customer support via phone, email, and live chat. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing top-notch customer support and resolving customer inquiries, orders, and complaints in a timely and satisfactory manner.
  • Utilizing Zendesk to manage and track customer interactions, tickets, and follow-up actions.
  • Collaborating with internal teams (sales, logistics, etc.) to resolve customer issues and ensure a smooth experience.
  • Maintaining knowledge of our product offerings, services, and promotions to assist customers effectively.
  • Assisting with order processing, returns, and refunds as needed.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve processes and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably within e-commerce or food service industries.
  • Experience with Zendesk or other customer service software.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle challenging customer situations with patience and professionalism.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality service.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).

Shift and Location

This role requires a 2nd shift schedule, with hours from 12:30 pm to 9:00 pm. You'll be working from a remote location, with the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home. While we're based in Hampton, VA, we welcome applicants from across the country.
