Job Summary
We're seeking experienced Chat Operators to join our team in Wichita, KS. As a Chat Operator, you'll be responsible for engaging in online conversations with customers, representing our automotive dealer clients favorably. Your goal will be to turn conversations into leads that help our clients generate revenue. Key Responsibilities
* Engage in online conversations with customers, responding to their inquiries and providing exceptional customer service
- Represent arenaflex's automotive dealer clients favorably, ensuring a positive brand experience
- Convert conversations into leads, driving revenue growth for our clients
- Collaborate with our team to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
- Work from home, requiring a quiet and dedicated workspace with minimal distractions
Requirements
* Must live within the state of Kansas
- Must have your own computer or laptop with a webcam, second monitor, microphone, and external mouse
- Computer must have a minimum of 8 GB of RAM, 64-bit Operating System, and 8th Generation Intel Core (i3 equivalent or higher)
- Quiet, dedicated work space free from distractions
- Able to attend 4 weeks of remote training, Tuesday - Saturday between the hours of 11am-7:30pm EDT
- Must be able to type at least 35 WPM, 40 and above is preferred
- Gaming experience is preferred, but not required
Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (communications, marketing, or business) is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Strong typing skills, with the ability to type at least 35 WPM
- Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve issues efficiently
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in the automotive industry, with knowledge of dealership operations and customer service
- Familiarity with online chat platforms and customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Experience in gaming, with a strong understanding of online communities and customer engagement
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (communications, marketing, or business)
