The Role

As an Entry-Level Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in providing outstanding customer service to our valued clients. You'll be responsible for answering inbound phone calls, resolving customer inquiries, and delivering personalized solutions that meet their unique needs. What to Expect

As a new member of our team, you'll embark on a comprehensive onboarding program that's designed to equip you with the knowledge, skills, and expertise you need to succeed. You'll learn about the financial services industry, develop your critical thinking and problem-solving skills, and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Three Major Milestones

1. Licensing Preparation: In the first months, you'll prepare to become a licensed professional by studying for and obtaining your SIE, Series 7, and 63 licenses. Our industry-leading licensing program includes paid study time, access to valuable resources like licensing coaches and workshops, and a supportive team that's dedicated to helping you succeed. 2. Skill Development: In the following months, you'll handle more complex customer calls while dedicating time each week to connect with your team, meet with your leader, and expand your network. You'll develop your skills in areas like critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication, and you'll gain a deeper understanding of the financial services industry. 3. Proficiency: As you gain confidence and proficiency in serving customers, you'll explore new career paths through job shadowing and our career center. You'll have the opportunity to develop your skills in areas like leadership, coaching, and mentoring, and you'll be well-positioned for career advancement opportunities within arenaflex.

The Expertise and Skills You Bring

* Aptitude and dedication: You'll need to demonstrate a strong aptitude for learning and a dedication to completing the FINRA SIE, Series 7, and 63 exams through our industry-leading licensing program.

  • Continuous learning: You'll need to be enthusiastic about continuous learning and dedicated to studying and applying new concepts, learning quickly, and retaining information to assist with decision-making.
  • Customer service skills: You'll need to possess a passion for connection and a desire to establish rapport with customers by facilitating meaningful conversations that are resolution-oriented and efficient.
  • Problem-solving skills: You'll need to demonstrate exceptional critical and analytical problem-solving skills and a demonstrated ability to interpret a scenario, leverage resources, and find an appropriate resolution.
