With over 5 million surveys received from clients each year across consumer, business, and service provider segments, our Customer Listening Team is responsible for implementing the Stop-to-Give-Up Voice of the Customer technique. This technique involves designing and programming customer satisfaction surveys, including 40+ studies translated into over 10 languages and deployed in more than 20 countries.

The Role

As a Senior Statistics Architect, you'll work closely with utility teams to outline, develop, and capture business needs. Your primary responsibilities will include: ### Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product and process owners, subject matter experts from Qualtrics, and the Agile team in technology to design and implement the new Voice of the Customer technique sourced from Cornerstone and integrated with the Survey and Dashboard Platform hosted on Qualtrics.
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Voice of the Customer methods and leverage this knowledge to outline and transform data within the Cornerstone Large Data Platform.
• Design and build robust data model architecture to support efficient data processing and standardized metric definitions.
• Develop and implement large-scale data and batch/real-time analytical solutions leveraging transformational technologies (Hadoop, HDFS, MapReduce, Hive, Spark, and Python) to deliver innovative solutions ensuring high-quality and accuracy through intensive testing at various and use case levels.
• Provide guidance to improve competencies to drive efficiency in computing programs using massive data ecosystems.
• Power customer tale evaluation & elaboration, design and development of software programs, testing & builds automation tools.
• Proactively identify and automate repetitive tasks to improve best and efficiency.
• Work closely with colleagues from GSN and AET to prioritize, define, increase, and review statistics for various use cases as part of the VOC Stop-to-Give-Up technique.

### Essential Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Hive/Hadoop, Pyspark, Python, shell scripting languages, development life cycle management, and troubleshooting understanding for data-driven tasks for a span of no less than 3+ years.
• Ability to collaborate actively with dating managers/product owners to expertise functional requirements and convert them into technical deliverables.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies of delivery, where small increments of a product are introduced at regular intervals to business groups.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience with data visualization tools and techniques.
• Knowledge of cloud-based data platforms and big data technologies.
• Familiarity with data governance and data quality principles.
• Experience with data storytelling and communication.
