Job Summary
As a Customer & Technical Support Representative, you'll be responsible for providing timely, accurate, and friendly support to our customers via phone, email, and chat. You'll troubleshoot issues, resolve customer complaints, and provide guidance on product usage, maintenance, and troubleshooting. Your exceptional communication skills, technical expertise, and passion for customer satisfaction will make you an invaluable asset to our team.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of customer inquiries and issues
- Troubleshoot technical issues with CatGenie products, using your problem-solving skills and technical expertise to resolve complex problems
- Collaborate with customers to identify and resolve issues, providing clear and concise instructions and guidance
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including issue resolution, customer feedback, and product information
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on product knowledge, technical skills, and industry trends
- Work collaboratively with the customer service team to achieve shared goals and objectives
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of CatGenie products, features, and benefits to provide expert-level support to customers
Essential Qualifications
* 3+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in a technical or product support role
- 1+ year of experience in product troubleshooting, preferably with a focus on technical products
- Excellent communication, writing, and grammar skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical information in a clear and concise manner
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork
- Proficiency in data entry, with the ability to navigate multiple software systems and tools
- Strong phone etiquette and clear speaking voice, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers via phone and chat
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a strong focus on meeting deadlines and achieving goals
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working with technical products, preferably in a customer support or technical support role
- Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technical tools
- Experience with data analysis and reporting, with the ability to identify trends and insights
- Certification in customer service or technical support, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Technical Support Specialist (CTSS)
