What You'll Be Doing
As a Customer Service Representative - Luxury Retail, you'll be the spark that brightens days and ignites careers. You'll support customers of an iconic global luxury retail brand, providing exquisite, personalized service and helping them shop, resolve questions about their orders, and resolve issues with white glove treatment. Your passion for high fashion brands and haute couture will shine through as you make recommendations, close sales, and provide exceptional customer experiences.
A Typical Day
* Answer incoming communications from customers
- Conduct research to provide answers for customers to resolve their issues
- Make recommendations of products or services to close sales
- Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless customer experiences
What You Bring to the Role
* An appreciation for high fashion brands and haute couture
- 1 year or more of customer service experience
- 1 year or more post-secondary education OR 2 years equivalent work experience
- Ability to recognize and solve problems of mid-to-high level customer service issues
- Computer experience
- High-speed internet (> 15 mbps)
- A USB wired headset (or a compatible headset)
- A smartphone or another device that runs IOS or Android (iPad, etc.) for daily log-in
