Role Details
As a Remote Chat Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for managing communications on creators' accounts, responding to inquiries, providing sales links, and offering discounts. Your primary duty will be to ensure a smooth interaction between creators and their fans, leveraging your online communication skills to provide exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
* Manage communications on creators' accounts, responding to inquiries and providing sales links and discounts as needed
- Ensure a smooth interaction between creators and their fans, resolving any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Provide accurate and detailed information to creators and their fans, adhering to arenaflex's guidelines and policies
- Collaborate with the arenaflex team to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance the overall experience
- Stay up-to-date with arenaflex's features, policies, and procedures to provide the best possible support to creators and their fans
Contract Length and Rate
* No fixed term contract
- Competitive hourly rate of $35 per hour
Requirements
* Access to a device capable of handling social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop)
- Ability to work autonomously and follow detailed instructions accurately
- Commitment to a minimum of 5 hours per week
- Stable and reliable internet connection
- Strong online communication skills, including writing, grammar, and punctuation
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
Location
This role is fully remote, and we welcome applicants from around the world. However, preference is given to those based in the United States.
