The Role

As a Customer Experience Concierge in our Centurion Lounge, you'll be the face of arenaflex to our Card Members, providing personalized service that exceeds their expectations. Your role will involve:

• Welcoming and providing access to our Card Members upon arrival at reception
• Taking ownership of the customer's experience from beginning to end, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
• Creating innovative solutions to resolve customers' issues or concerns, building loyalty and enthusiasm for the arenaflex brand
• Employing the Customer First philosophy in meeting customers' needs and expectations
• Providing concierge and lifestyle recommendations, travel consultation, and minimal reservation assistance
• Partnering with our food and beverage lounge partners to accommodate the needs of our Card Members

Key Responsibilities

* Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring a memorable experience for every Card Member

• Collaborate with colleagues to create a seamless and personalized experience for our customers
• Stay up-to-date on arenaflex products and services, using this knowledge to tailor recommendations and solutions for our Card Members
• Utilize technology platforms to provide efficient and effective service, including reservation systems and concierge tools
• Adapt to changing circumstances and priorities, remaining flexible and resilient in a fast-paced environment
• Work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, to ensure 24/7 coverage of our lounge

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A minimum of 1-year recent experience servicing premium customers, preferably in the airline, lounge, or travel industry
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to delight customers with every interaction
• A passion for delivering proactive solutions, anticipating and meeting the needs of our Card Members
• Exceptional listening skills, with the ability to understand and respond to customer needs and concerns
• The ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, relying on each other to deliver exceptional service
• A positive attitude and professional demeanor, even in challenging situations
• The ability to make decisions quickly and effectively, prioritizing the customer experience
• Familiarity with technology platforms, including reservation systems and concierge tools
• Adaptability and resilience, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
