Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for assisting plan members with their pharmacy benefit plans, answering questions about prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail order prescriptions. You'll provide solutions to help simplify their healthcare experience, while also learning more about healthcare and expanding your own experiences. Responsibilities
* Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries about pharmacy benefit plans, prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail order prescriptions
- Provide solutions to help simplify customers' healthcare experience and improve their quality of life
- Collaborate with customers to resolve issues and concerns, while demonstrating empathy and compassion
- Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues and escalate to leadership as needed
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer interactions
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on healthcare policies and procedures
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve business objectives and improve customer satisfaction
Requirements
* 1 year of experience interacting with customers in a call center, retail, customer service environment, hospitality industry, or military experience
- Computer proficiency in Windows-based applications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to problem-solve in a positive, productive manner
- Comfortable relating to customers in a patient, helpful way that demonstrates a genuine concern for improving the customer quality of life
- Reliability and compliance with scheduling standards
- Ability to exhibit patience and empathy and express assurance and confidence
- Strong customer service skills, including courteous telephone etiquette and professionalism
- Strong oral, interpersonal, and communication skills
