Job Summary:

As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our drugstore adjudication system's eligibility records. You'll work closely with various internal and external teams to resolve issues, reconcile discrepancies, and maintain accurate records. Key Responsibilities:

* Conduct thorough studies and analysis of eligibility records to ensure accuracy and consistency with Aetna enrollment package records

• Resolve problems and discrepancies from various regions within the company, including shared mailboxes and work queues
• Identify and resolve errors from multiple reports, reconciling eligibility among systems
• Monitor and track records, ensuring timely and accurate updates
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to resolve issues and implement green resolutions
• Develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, including colleagues, managers, and external partners

Essential Qualifications:

* 1-2 years of experience in data entry, analysis, and record-keeping, preferably in the healthcare industry

• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, MS Access, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Project
• Excellent verbal, problem-solving, and written communication skills
• High School Diploma or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications:

* Healthcare industry experience, with a strong understanding of healthcare terminology and concepts

• Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
