Key Responsibilities
As the face of our customer, you'll be responsible for:
- Interacting with customers in a kind and beneficial manner to craft memorable experiences and build customer loyalty and retention.
- Stepping up and anticipating customer needs while maintaining a strong sense of responsibility, even in challenging situations.
- Working every day with a safety mentality by ensuring we maintain the highest standards of safety and security.
- Navigating complex situations with composure and adaptability, while maintaining a positive attitude and resolving customer issues efficiently.
- Collaborating with colleagues to achieve success, supporting new processes and technologies, and contributing to a positive team environment.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- A minimum of 18 years old.
- Comfort working with computers, mobile devices, and new technologies.
- Physical ability to stand and walk for an 8-hour shift, as well as carry and handle luggage.
- Potential to acquire a SIDA badge and meet airport requirements for badging.
- Legally eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
- Ability to meet the company's attendance requirements and uniform and appearance standards.
