Job Summary

As a Customer Service Chat Support Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for handling incoming customer inquiries via chat support on our clients' websites and remote social media accounts. Your primary objective will be to provide timely, accurate, and empathetic responses to customer questions, ensuring a positive and engaging experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle incoming customer inquiries via chat support on websites and remote social media accounts - Respond to customer questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Provide accurate and empathetic support to customers, resolving issues efficiently - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues - Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores - Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed support - Work independently, with minimal supervision, to manage workload and prioritize tasks effectively

Essential Qualifications

- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., customer service, communications, or business) preferred - 1+ year of customer service experience, preferably in a remote or call center environment - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a professional and empathetic manner - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex customer issues - Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and prioritize tasks effectively - Reliable internet connection and a device able to access remote social media and website chat functions (phone, tablet, or laptop) - Availability of 10+ hours per week, with flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment - Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools - Knowledge of industry trends and product knowledge - Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR)) - Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate with customers in multiple languages
