Job Summary

You'll be responsible for performing order entry tasks, collaborating with other team members in the medication dispensing process, and providing exceptional customer service to our patients. Day in the Life
As a Pharmacy Technician Data Entry, Customer Service (Overnight) professional, your day will be filled with a variety of tasks and responsibilities. Some of your key duties will include:
- Performing order entry tasks and collaborating with other team members in the medication dispensing process
- Providing exceptional customer service to our patients, including triaging customer service requests and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Calculating and verifying correct dosages based on prescriptions
- Assisting in reviewing narcotic prescriptions and ensuring they are filled in a timely manner
- Providing dispensing pharmacists with information regarding allergies and drug interactions, therapeutic duplications, and other items that the computer flags
- Creating and maintaining accurate customer records

Required Qualifications
To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you'll need to meet the following requirements:
- Certification/licensed/registered pharmacy technician or as required by state law
- One (1) or more years of experience as a pharmacy technician or working in a call center
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, we're looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:
- Prior experience in the long-term care industry
- PTCB National Certification
- Education: Verifiable High School Diploma or GED
Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is: $17.00 - $28.46. This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors, including experience, education, geography, and other relevant factors.
