Job Summary
As a Seasonal Customer Service Representative on our Provider Services team, you'll be responsible for making outbound calls to provider offices, answering inbound calls, and providing exceptional customer service. You'll work closely with our teams to investigate, conduct research, and analyze customer data for outreach. Your primary goal will be to ensure that our customers receive the highest level of service and support.
Key Responsibilities
* Make outbound calls to provider offices and answer inbound calls to provide exceptional customer service
- Investigate, conduct research, and analyze customer data for outreach
- Work day-to-day operations to ensure goals are met in a constantly changing and fast-paced environment
- Provide problem resolution through effective communications (via phone and email)
- Work on projects of limited scope and complexity; generally follow set procedures
- Work under supervision and receive instructions
