Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to visitors on our clients' websites via live chat software

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Multitask and manage multiple conversations simultaneously
  • Maintain a positive and enthusiastic attitude, even in high-pressure situations
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve customer satisfaction goals
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company information to provide accurate and helpful responses
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards

Essential Qualifications

* No prior experience required, but a strong desire to learn and grow in a customer-facing role

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
  • Ability to sit for most of the shift (with regular breaks)

  • Strong typing skills (at least 40 wpm)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
