Key Responsibilities

As an Inbound Energy Customer Care Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

  • Answering customer calls professionally and responding to inquiries and complaints in a timely and effective manner
  • Focusing on customer retention through proactive communication and issue resolution
  • Providing customers with arenaflex's service standards and ensuring a seamless customer experience
  • Identifying and escalating priority issues to high-level management, ensuring prompt resolution
  • Routing inbound calls to the appropriate resources, ensuring efficient issue resolution
  • Following up on complicated customer calls, as required, to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Completing call notes and call reports, updating them in the CRM, and maintaining accurate records
  • Obtaining and evaluating relevant data to handle and document complaints and inquiries
  • Recording details of comments, inquiries, complaints, and actions taken
  • Performing other duties as assigned by management

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Bilingual skills (a plus)
  • Some sales and customer service experience
  • Excellent communication skills, including verbal and written communication with proper grammar
  • Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Some experience with MS Excel (a plus)
  • Ability to react effectively and calmly in escalated situations
