Responsibilities

As a customer service representative with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Completing our industry-leading training program, which will equip you with the knowledge and skills you need to succeed in this role
  • Making outbound and inbound calls to clients and potential clients who request products and services, with the goal of setting appointments and educating them about our life and supplemental health insurance offerings
  • Utilizing the Zoom platform to educate and sell life and supplemental health insurance to clients and potential clients
  • Assisting clients and potential clients to complete electronic applications
  • Attending team training sessions twice a week to stay up-to-date on industry developments and best practices

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess:

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • A competitive spirit and a desire for excellence in everything you do
  • Basic computer knowledge, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other productivity software
  • A high school diploma or equivalent
