Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team at the Reno/Tahoe Airport branch. As a key member of our branch team, you'll provide exceptional customer service, support internal and external customers, and contribute to the overall success of our operations. Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your responsibilities will include:
- Providing a high level of customer service by assisting customers and assessing their rental needs in person and over the phone
- Meeting and greeting customers in a friendly and timely manner
- Providing directions and general assistance
- Assisting to assess the condition of rental vehicles upon return
- Processing returns, check-ins, and exit kiosk transactions
- Effectively marketing the company while picking up and/or dropping off customers in a safe and courteous manner and assisting customers as needed
- Understanding and communicating rental terms and conditions, vehicle features, and other services
- May sell optional protection products, upgrades, fuel options, and other additional equipment
- Responsible for notifying management of any known vehicle problems and any required vehicle maintenance
- Cleaning vehicle interiors and exteriors by hand or by operating washing equipment when needed
- Performing various administrative and basic accounting functions, such as research and billing support tasks, accounts receivables, transfer and key logs, running miscellaneous reports, supply maintenance, and processing customer billing
- Taking incoming calls – reservations, rate quotes, general questions and answers, providing information and resolution for customers, other branches, insurance companies, dealerships, repair shops, and other vendors
- Managing outgoing calls for callback management, A/Rs, and miscellaneous calls as assigned
- Performing miscellaneous and backup duties as assigned
Qualifications
To be successful as a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll need:
- A high school diploma or G.E.D.
- A minimum of 1 year of customer service and sales experience in retail, guest service, or hospitality
- A current and valid driver's license
- No more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on your driving record within the past 3 years, and no drug or alcohol-related convictions on your driving record within the past 5 years (i.e., DUI, DWI)
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future

We offer a variety of schedules to fit your needs, including:
- 10a-6:30p Saturday – Wednesday
- 10a-6:30p Tuesday – Saturday
- 2:30p-11p Wednesday – Sunday
- 2:30p-11p Tuesday – Saturday
- 3:30p-12a Tuesday – Saturday
