Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our customers. Your day will be filled with a variety of tasks, including:

• Answering the telephone with a smile in your voice and providing top-notch service to our customers
• Taking customer menu orders, explaining special offers, and suggestive selling additional items
• Entering orders accurately in our POS system
• Greeting Carry-Out customers and ensuring they have a positive experience
• Assisting with all cleaning and restaurant maintenance duties as needed
• Collaborating with your team to ensure seamless service and a positive dining experience for our guests
