Experienced Customer Experience Advocate – Hybrid Role in Arenaflex's Expanding Team

As a Customer Experience Advocate, you'll be at the forefront of this mission, empowering our customers to connect their goals and challenges with the solution in our platform. The Role As an Experienced Customer Experience Advocate, you'll be responsible for: * Engaging with customers across various channels, including live chat, email (tickets), phone, and screen shares * Empowering customers to connect their goals and challenges with the solution in Arenaflex's platform * Collaborating with internal technical teams and engaging users for the full bug life cycle, from reports to verifying bug fixes * Serving as the liaison between our customers and the rest of the Arenaflex team to advocate and help shape the best possible version of our product * Leading online webinars and one-on-one demos to educate customers on the features of our platform and developer toolkit * Creating both internal and external documentation to enhance our knowledge base * Advising customers about new features and functionalities Requirements To succeed in this role, you'll need: * Experience providing customer or technical support, with SAAS experience a plus * Understanding of help desk software and remote support tools, with experience with Zendesk a plus * Problem-solving skills and multitasking abilities are a must * Superb written and verbal communication skills * A positive attitude, empathy, coachability, and a collaborative mindset * The ability to take initiative and adapt to changing circumstances What Arenaflex Can Offer You As an Experienced Customer Experience Advocate at Arenaflex, you'll enjoy: * The opportunity to join a well-funded, proven company with big ambitions, competitive salary, and benefit package, bonus potential, and eligibility to take part in the company equity incentive program * An amazing company culture that values transparency and collaboration while never forgetting to have fun while we work! * Monthly stipends for food, wellness, and commuter work * A fully dedicated learning and development team that provides opportunities for our employees to hone and gain new skills * An award-winning work environment – named a "Best Place to Work" by BuiltIn as well as "Great Place To Work" certified * A global work environment with employees in Tel Aviv, New York, San Francisco, Miami, Chicago, Denver, London, Kiev, Sydney, São Paulo, and Tokyo * A commitment to diversity, inclusion, and belonging through our Employee Resource Groups, providing access to resources and education to support our team, facilitate conversations, and encourage understanding Compensation and Benefits For Colorado-based hires only, the compensation range for this role is $48,000-$62,000 base salary, subject to standard withholding and applicable taxes. In addition to base salary, the role includes the opportunity to receive and/or earn a discretionary bonus and/or equity based on Arenaflex's plans and in accordance with Arenaflex's policies. Compensation finally awarded to the candidate will be commensurate with the candidate's skills and experience. Compensation ranges for candidates in locations outside of Colorado may differ based on the cost of labor and such additional factors for such other locations.
